Hi,
Unfortunately we received some downtime on our Mercury server (Windows 2003) due to the server crashing. We have rebuilt the server and can know confirm the server is fully operational.
We estimated around 4 hours of downtime occured during this unplanned event.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
