We have applied some changes to our Website and Support Center, please update your bookmarks accordingly.

Website Changes

We have changed our look again? Don't worry the design is here to stay. We have moved away from a static site to being database driven, which allows us to manage our website for future growth and it also gives you the customer a wealth of information on our services almost at one click of a button from our homepage.

Support Center Changes

We have upgraded to the latest version of our Client Area and Support Center, which include the following changes:

You are now able to add funds to your hosting account before Invoices are due. The minimum payment is £10 per transaction with a maximum of £100 per transaction.
DNS functions for Domain Management. This allows you to change nameservers, contact information etc for all domains hosted with us.
Multiple Contacts and Email Preferences. You can now add several email addressess and assign addresses to types of emails sent. For example all domain related emails can be sent to a specific address.
Announcements section of Support Center is now supported by linked pages and RSS Feed.
Shopping Cart has been overhauled to add support for multiple hosting plan ordering, with configurable options.
